Core and Accelerator are the Year 13 programmes. Core includes two live sessions every week throughout term time, Teach and Build. Every session involves expert-guided retrieval practice, interactive questioning and live group discussion. Students submit answers through the chat and I guide, correct and help develop responses in real time.Accelerator includes everything in Core, plus The Exam Toolkit, a fortnightly cycle designed to convert understanding into marks. Week A is a live coaching session where exam technique is modelled and a written task is set. Week B, students complete that task independently and submit it for individual written feedback and personal improvement targets.On top of the live teaching, every member gets full access to past session recordings from the start of the programme, digital workbooks for every session, and a growing library of dedicated resources, including specification checklists, knowledge organisers and example essays. No, there's never any obligation to have your camera or mic on. I have students join in their pyjamas, mid skincare routine, or straight from the gym, and I know for some students the idea of being on camera can feel genuinely nerve-wracking. All I ask is that you engage as much as you can through the chat, and reach out via chat or email any time you have a question.I also don't cold-call on students during a session. The aim is to create an environment where students feel comfortable enough to want to share, rather than feeling forced to, learning doesn't come easily when you're anxious.

The Study Club covers all compulsory AQA content across Papers 1 and 2, plus Issues and Debates, which receives dedicated teaching sessions and is woven as a synoptic thread throughout the programme. There is no need to book a separate masterclass for Issues and Debates. For the optional Paper 3 topics, I run dedicated masterclasses on the three I teach: Relationships, Schizophrenia and Forensic Psychology, available to book separately at a discounted rate. This is deliberate, and it's one of the things that makes the Accelerator genuinely effective rather than just intensive. The most common issue students face is being taught exam technique but never having the space to implement it independently and then receive detailed, specific feedback on their own work. Teachers in schools often carry significant workloads and large class sizes, which can result in peer-marked work, generic comments, or feedback that arrives too late to act on. The fortnightly cycle solves this. Week A: technique is coached and a written task is set. Week B: students work independently, submit their response, and receive individual written feedback targeted to their specific gaps. The gap between sessions isn't dead time, it's where the learning actually happens. Rigorous enough to drive real improvement; realistic enough to fit around the full demands of A-Level study.
