Students: all sessions

  • Join on time, from a quiet space, with a working device and internet connection.

  • Be respectful and use appropriate language in speech, chat and messages.

  • Take part as fully as you can and complete any work you have agreed to do.

  • Keep me updated on school feedback, test results and mocks where it helps your learning.

  • Do not record sessions, share joining links or share materials with anyone else.

Students: one-to-one sessions

  • Keep your camera on unless we have agreed otherwise.

  • Reply to messages about your sessions promptly.

Students: group sessions and masterclasses

  • Cameras and microphones are optional. You are welcome to take part through the chat.

  • Keep the chat on topic and supportive. Never share personal contact details or social media handles in the chat.

  • Respect other students' privacy. Don't screenshot, record or share anything about other participants.

Community spaces

  • Be kind and supportive. Everyone is at a different stage.

  • Keep posts related to psychology, studying and exams.

  • No bullying, harassment, discriminatory language, spam or self-promotion.

  • Don't share personal information about yourself or others, or ask other members to move to private chats or other apps.

  • Don't share Study Club materials or exam papers you don't have permission to share.

  • If something worries you, tell me straight away.

Parents and guardians

  • Keep your contact and payment details up to date.

  • Make changes to bookings through the booking system or by email.

  • Let me know about anything that might affect the student's learning, including additional needs.

  • Keep communication with me respectful.

My commitments to you

  • Prepare thoroughly and structure sessions to help students learn.

  • Be punctual, professional and respectful in all communication.

  • Give clear, constructive feedback and keep families informed.

  • Moderate group sessions and community spaces so they stay safe and supportive.

  • Put students' welfare first and follow my Safeguarding Policy.

If the code is broken

I may give a reminder, remove messages or posts, remove a student from a session or community space, or end a service, depending on how serious the issue is. Where this happens because of a breach, fees are not refunded. Any safeguarding concern will be handled under my Safeguarding Policy.

Changes

I may update this code at any time without notice. The version published on my website always applies.
