These terms apply to my self-paced online courses and digital products (such as downloadable workbooks, guides, templates and recorded content), alongside my General Terms of Service, Privacy & Cookie Policy and Code of Conduct & Community Guidelines.

1. What you get

Each course or product page describes what is included. Online courses are accessed through my website or course platform, and digital products are delivered as downloads or online access. Unless the product page says otherwise, course access lasts for as long as I continue to offer the course. I may update, reorganise or retire content at any time.

2. Payment

Courses and digital products are paid for in full at checkout, at the price shown at the time of purchase.

3. No refunds once you have access

Courses and digital products are digital content and are emailed to you as soon as you purchase. By completing your purchase, you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access begins. Once you have been given access, the course or product is non-refundable.

4. If something isn't working

If you can't access your purchase, or it doesn't work as described, please contact me and I will put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Using your course or product

Your purchase is for one person's own personal study. You must not share logins or files, resell, copy, publish, or upload the content to other websites or AI tools. Teachers wishing to use a product with a class should contact me first.

6. Free courses and bonuses

Free courses, and courses or products included as a bonus with another service, may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Bonus access may end when the service it came with ends, unless I say otherwise.

7. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms at any time, and the version published on my website applies from the date it is posted. I am not required to notify you of changes. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published when you bought it.
