These terms apply to all Psychology and Maths masterclasses run by GeorgieMTutoring, including multi-session masterclasses and short programmes, alongside my General Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct & Community Guidelines.

1. Booking and payment

Masterclasses must be paid for in full when you book. Your place is confirmed once payment is received. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please check the booking page to make sure the masterclass suits the student's exam board and level before booking.

2. Your booking starts straight away

By completing your booking, you ask for it to start straight away, including immediate access to any pre-session resources, joining information or preparation materials, and you acknowledge that:

• your right to cancel any digital resources ends once you have been given access to them;

• if you cancel within 14 days of booking, you will pay for anything provided up to the point you cancel; and

• once the masterclass has been delivered, you no longer have a right to cancel.

3. No refunds after that

Outside the 14-day cancellation right described above, masterclass bookings are non-refundable. This includes missing the masterclass for any reason, such as illness, timetable clashes, technical problems or a change of plans.

Places cannot be transferred to another date or student unless I agree in writing. If you can't attend, you are welcome to ask, and I may offer a transfer at my discretion.

4. Running the masterclass

A masterclass needs a minimum number of participants to go ahead, at my discretion. If a masterclass doesn't go ahead, or I need to cancel or reschedule it, you will be offered a transfer to another date or a full refund.

5. Joining and attendance

Masterclasses take place online unless stated otherwise. Joining details will be sent before the session. The student is responsible for joining on time and having a suitable device and a stable internet connection. No refunds are given for late arrival or technical problems on the student's side.

6. Recordings

Masterclasses may be recorded. The booking page will say whether attendees receive access to the recording. Students can keep their camera and microphone off and take part through the chat. See my Privacy Policy for how recordings are handled.

7. Materials

Masterclass materials are for the student's personal study only and must not be shared, copied or passed on. See section 9 of my General Terms.

8. Behaviour

Students must follow my Code of Conduct & Community Guidelines. I may remove a student from a masterclass, without a refund, for disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour, misuse of the chat, microphone or camera, or if there is a safeguarding concern.

9. Multi-session masterclasses and short programmes

Some masterclasses run as a series or short programme over several weeks. Everything above applies to them, plus the following:

• The fee may be paid in full or in instalments, as shown on the booking page or your invoice. If you pay in instalments, you agree to pay the full fee, and each instalment is due on the date given, even if the student stops attending.

• Missed sessions are not refunded. Where sessions are recorded, recordings will be shared with participants for catch-up.

• Where a programme includes optional tasks with feedback, deadlines will be stated with each task. Late work may not receive feedback, and feedback does not guarantee any result.

10. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms at any time, and the version published on my website applies from the date it is posted. I am not required to notify you of changes. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones published when you booked.
